HOW TO ORDER A CUSTOM MEMORIAL PAVER

You can now order and purchase a custom Memorial brick paver ONLINE for any veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces to be placed at the Mid County Veterans Memorial Gazebo.

Simply click the red button below. You will be directed to a page where you can pick your paver size and customize it all in one spot.  

 Or if you prefer, you can print the form below, fill it out, and mail it in with your payment for your custom Memorial Paver today!

Note: Pavers orders are sent to the manufacturer in groups of 25.  Ideally, they will be installed and ready before the next Veteran's Memorial event.

  REGULAR PAVER (4" x 8")  $100

  LARGE PAVER  (8" x 8")   $200

Replicas and Mini-replicas are available as well. 

All orders now include a complimentary 8x10 photo of your paver once it has been placed in the Memorial Gazebo.

(* In the past, military insignias were also offered but we are no longer able to do so due to trademark regulations.)
